Our driver will be in contact with the customer prior to deliver to setup a delivery time. Once time is decided, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there’s someone at the house to accept the package. If the delivery team shows up for scheduled delivery and there is no one there to receive it, they will be forced to leave the package at the front door.


When you make a purchase with us we offer free nationwide shipping and $100 off on your first order over $1000. Our team of professionals will handle every aspect of delivery, including transportation, handling, and if you are in Texas you may opt for White Glove Delivery. We'll even reach out to schedule a delivery time that works best for you, so you don't have to worry about coordinating the delivery yourself.

We estimate the delivery time for our products to be within 45 days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. However, please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, and shipping carrier delays.

It is important to note that orders can be cancelled within 24 hours without penalty. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. If the item has already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, in addition to the cost of shipping. These policies help to protect both the company and the customer, and ensure that any issues can be resolved smoothly.

Return Policy

14-DAY RESELECTION
At We Live Cozy, we understand that it may take a few days for you to decide if your furniture is the right fit for you. That's why we offer a 14-day Reselection period for all regular merchandise. Please note that we allow a one-time reselection only.

To use your reselection privilege, simply choose the new piece(s) you desire and follow these steps: 
 • Schedule a second delivery for the new item(s). We will collect the original items during the delivery. 
 OR 
 • Bring in the old piece(s) and exchange them at our store. 

In either case, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee, and if you opt for a second delivery, an additional fee will be charged. If the price of your new selection is higher than your previous purchase, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. At We Live Cozy, we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer guaranteed services and products at competitive prices. In the unlikely case that you feel unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our 14 Day Reselection policy above. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE 
We take pride in making sure all our furniture is inspected thoroughly prior to delivery. However, if you face any issues with damaged items from the manufacturer, please let us know on the day of the delivery and you will be compensated equitably. We encourage all customers to inspect items and notify us if any damage is noticed.
